Our Huts
All four of our huts differ in design and function. Choose from Magwitch
with underfloor heating; Biddy and Estella with their wood burning stoves and Wemmick with it’s Everhot stove which can be used as a heat source as well as a slow cooker.
All have their own private, wood fired hot tub within a fully contained
one acre paddock with breathtaking walks across the Glaven Valley
from the gate.
Below is an overview of what each hut has to offer.
Magwitch
Magwitch is unique in that it has underfloor heating for those that might appreciate a hut being warm and toasty on return from a long winter walk in January. Other unique features are a pull down king size bed which allows for a dining booth and a little more space throughout the day.
There is a king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding and a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut.
As with all our huts, a wood fired Kirami hot tub and fire pit is exclusively for your use.
Biddy
You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay.
There is a king-sized bed with en suite shower room, luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding and a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut.
As with all huts, she has a wood fired Kirami hot tub and fire pit is exclusively for your use.
Estella
Estella, like Wemmick is an original, traditional, Blackdown Shepherdshut. Made of highly insulated solid oak with iconic bowed roof and beautiful raised cast iron chassis that defines them.
There is a king-sized bed with en suite shower room, luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding and plenty of storage underneath.
There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut.
As with all huts, she has a wood fired Kirami hot tub and fire pit is exclusively for your use.
Wemmick
Wemmick is our most recent (and last) addition. Our brand new, shiny hut is (i think) the prettiest. Like Estella, he’s is an original and traditional; Blackdown Shepherdshut. Made in Somerset of highly insulated solid oak with iconic bowed roof and beautiful raised cast iron chassis that defines them.
There is a king-sized bed with en suite shower room, luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding and plenty of storage underneath.
There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. Instead of a wood burner, we have just installed a new EverHot stove which will keep you very warm in winter months whilst slow cooking your evening meal whilst out walking the finest beaches in the country..
